Schuyler Moffat

Schuyler Moffat brings nearly 20 years of corporate finance, FP&A, M&A and business advisory experience to The Outlier Group. Most recently Vice President of Finance at L’Oréal Groupe, he led financial planning and analysis for approximately $2 billion in annual expenses across a 13,500-employee organization, and has supported acquisitions, integrations, financial modeling, forecasting and executive decision-making at organizations ranging from middle-market companies to global enterprises.

At The Outlier Group, Schuyler focuses on business valuation and transaction advisory. He helps business owners understand the true economics of their companies, normalize financial performance, identify value drivers and risks, and prepare for a successful transaction, combining institutional financial rigor with an owner’s perspective.

A business owner and real estate investor himself, Schuyler is most at home building, fixing or figuring out how something works, whether it’s a boat, a truck or a project around the house. He also enjoys strength training and spending time on the water.
