Christopher Delcore

Chris is a multifaceted real estate professional with experience across global asset strategy, capital planning and investment brokerage in complex urban markets. He began his career in New York City as Director of Global Property Management at Tishman Speyer, helping oversee portfolio strategy across more than 100 Class A office assets totaling over 80 million square feet in major global markets.

Chris then moved into brokerage, advising private investors, owners and developers on multifamily, residential investment and new development transactions across Manhattan and Brooklyn. He has contributed to more than $250 million in cumulative team sales and brings a disciplined, underwriting-driven approach to valuation, pricing strategy and deal execution.

His experience on both the ownership and transaction sides gives him a well-rounded understanding of asset performance, capital deployment and market positioning. Chris holds a BBA in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Hofstra University.
