Our Listing Agreement does not lock the Seller, Landlord or prospective Tenant into a fixed annual contract. We take a partnership approach. If for any reason you are unhappy with our services, we allow you to cancel for any reason with only 30 days notice. We believe our results speak for themselves, but we’ll let you be the judge of that.
