Laurie Lane

Junior Advisor

Laurie Lane brings a strong blend of real estate investment expertise, tech-driven sales experience, and strategic insight to her role as Junior Advisor at The Outlier Group. A graduate of Eckerd College with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, Laurie began her career in sales and managed many sales teams. Her last corporate role was Sales Manager at MagicPlan, a real estate technology company, where she surpassed national sales targets by educating contractors, designers, and investors on the benefits of LiDAR for space planning. She also led and managed the company’s SDR team.

Laurie’s background spans hands-on remodeling work, real estate tech, and fund-level investment consulting. At WolfPack Capital, she helped investors passively acquire tax deed properties and partnered with others on multifamily acquisitions, contributing to the firm’s growth to over 30 assets under management. Along the way, she also acquired and self-managed her own investment properties.

Licensed since 2018, Laurie has been involved in numerous commercial transactions, renovations, and tenant-occupied property sales. Her experience working alongside investors and managing her own portfolio gives her a practical edge when advising clients. She is known for her financial acumen, market knowledge, and strong ties within the commercial investing community.

Outside of real estate, Laurie enjoys running, travel, and the beach.
