For nearly three decades, Monsie has provided strong leadership and expertise in commercial real estate acquisitions, management, and development with a heavy focus on multi-family, manufactured housing communities and RV resorts. 

Throughout her career, she has successfully led the operations of large portfolios for some of the nation’s top multi-family real estate firms, including: ZRS, Pegasus Residential, Equity Residential, and AIMCO. 

Monsie was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She is bilingual/bicultural (English and Spanish), and serves in her community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Corporation to Develop Communities of Tampa (CDC). She also enjoys fitness and traveling.
