Jason comes to the table with more than fifteen years of commercial real estate experience. Over the years, he has developed advanced skills relative to market analysis, valuation, and financial modeling. Much of his career has been with large regional banks where he was involved in over $1Bn of debt financing across several property types such as: Single-tenant and shopping center retail, office, multi-family, industrial, hotel, mixed-use, and land acquisitions.

 

Prior to his career in finance, Mr. Clemmey provided strategic advisory services with RCLCO, a leading national real estate consulting firm. While based in their Washington, D.C. office, he worked with a variety of clients including; The Bozzuto Group, Lowe Enterprises, Del Webb, Oxbridge Development, and The District of Columbia.

 

Jason received his B.S. in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University and his Master’s in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University.  

 

He is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, currently serves as a youth minister for the Church of Nazarene, and sits on the board of the Great Commission Foundation. His hobbies include traveling and golfing.
