With 15 years of experience in the industry, Heather brings her expertise in commercial retail and QSR leasing, shopping center merchandising, lease negotiations, property management, and strategic planning to The Outlier Group.  Heather has gained her knowledge working with the largest REITs in the U.S. to include Taubman, Simon Property Group, and Westfield/URW. 

 

Heather enjoys representing both national and niche retailers, helping digitally native brands expand to brick-and-mortar, assisting Franchisees with site selection and expansion, and consulting Landlords on shopping center merchandising and re-developments.
