A native of Kansas, Neal has a deep appreciation for the outdoors, having spent countless hours riding horses, camping, and exploring the natural landscape. With a career that began at Shaw Industries, a division of Berkshire Hathaway, he rapidly grew sales in a previously untapped territory from zero to $2 million in his first year. Over the next three years, he continued to elevate sales, ultimately managing a $50 million business as Regional Vice President, overseeing multiple states and territories.

 

After a successful tenure at Shaw, he made the decision to pursue his passion for travel, exploring cultures around the globe. Notable experiences include a photo safari in Kenya, visits to the ancient temples of Egypt, and extensive travel throughout Asia, including a memorable tour of Tibetan monasteries. His travels have broadened his perspective, enriching his approach to both life and work.

 

In addition to his travel pursuits, he is an avid tennis player, regularly participating in tournaments and attending major events like the Australian Open. His current focus lies in commercial real estate, particularly in the food service industry, where he has firsthand experience managing his wife’s restaurant. With a strong background in problem-solving and a genuine passion for helping clients, he is dedicated to finding innovative property solutions tailored to each unique need.
